Skin Care Related Terms that begin with the letter T

T zone – in reference to combination skin, the oily area on the forehead (top of the T) and on the nose and chin (stem of the T).

toner – a skin care product that in theory removes remains of skin cleanser and remains of water on the skin surface, moisturizes the skin, cleans out pores, balances the skin, restores the right pH value and prepares the skin for coming preparations.

topical – relating to a definite place or locality; local.

topically – applied to a localized area of the body or to the surface of a body part.
